Authors instructions

Proceedings of LIP 2012 Conference.

the proceedings of the conference will be published as a special (but consecutively numbered) issue of the Journal of Quantitative Spectroscopy and Radiative Transfer.

Authors are thus cordially invited to submit a full-length paper (Submission deadline : June 15th 2012).

The paper should be limited to 8 journal pages (approximately 10000 words).

Instructions for submission :

  • The submission website for this journal is located at : http://ees.elsevier.com/jqsrt/
  • To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue, it is important that authors select SI : JQSRT_LIP2012 when they reach the “Article Type” step in the submission process.

For oral paper, 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of questions. For plenary session, 35 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of questions.

Contributors are invited to present a Two-page abstract due in English to Gerard.Gouesbet@coria.fr (as attachment) in pdf version.

Papers WILL BE PUBLISHED in a special issue of the Journal of Quantitative Spectroscopy and Radiative Transfer (editors : G. Gouesbet, M. Brunel).
They will undergo the ordinary peer-review of the journal. Submission deadline of the papers is planned to be two months after the conference.
